Rourketown Studios offers the best of both analog and digital tracking, editing and mixing. We have and eclectic pre-amplifier selection as well as other boutique gear rarely offered in any single Los Angeles recording studio.

This Pelonis designed Studio features a 74 input, Discrete Tonelux console with 36 main inputs with Flying Faders motorized automation. The Tonelux console has 14 returns, 24 bus assigns and 4 dedicated stereo FX sends and returns. There is a dedicated discrete EQ and compressor wired on all 32 main inserts.

Next to the Tonelux system sits a 24 fader D-Command for full Pro Tools HD functionality.
This custom designed “hybrid” console is an extremely flexible system for audio
recording and mixing.

You no longer have to choose between mixing “outside the box” or “inside the box.” Simply utilize the best of both mediums for the ultimate in sonic control.
The vocal booth is equipped with microphone and speaker lines, as well as headphone boxes and a glass window to the control room. The enitre studio is equipted with Equitek balanced power.

The studio consists of a control room, a "live room," a vocal booth, plus other areas that prove to be useful during the tracking process.

A dedicated machine room houses all computers and hard drives, which significantly reduces ambient noise in the control room. 100% custom Mogami wiring and cabling plus top of the line miscellaneous studio accessories are used.

To the bottom left is the control room "observer" couch. To the lower right is the studio's Yamaha upright M112 Accoustic Piano.
